6. I arrived into Dallas, TX at around 11:20pm to find out that the hotel stopped shuttle service at 11pm and to pay a $24 cab ride to go 2 miles to the hotel.

7. Well since my flight was at 8:55am I had to catch the 7am shuttle along with miss the free continental breakfast which started at 7am - What kind of service is this for an airport hotel when there are tons of hotels to choose from.
