Well since my flight was at 8:55am I had to catch the 7am shuttle along with miss the free continental breakfast which started at 7am - What kind of service is this for an

hotel when there are tons of hotels to choose from? Unhappy guest.

To make matters worse, when I checked in, I found out that the shuttle to the
airport
only runs once every hour at the top of the hour.

and the concierge said yes prior to me booking.
