4. Not only the amazingly high quality service of the staff, but also the property itself: the rooms, the lobby, business center, restaurant, and particularly the spa (where a great selection of exercise classes, personal trainers, massage therapists of the highest caliber, and a large swimming pool make it a destination in itself).

6. I am so glad we did, as it was wonderful, it was really clean the staff were great who couldn't do enough for you, especially Jennifer one of the concierge, the were also helpful when we said that we had an overnight flight home buy saying we could keep the room longer or just leave our luggage there and come back and use the shower and facilities at the hotels spa, so all in all was a great place to stay.
