6. He finally came back and it turned out he was checking on the status of the crib we had requested for our child, but I could not understand why he needed to wander off with my driver's license instead of calling housekeeping.

8. I really liked that they explicitly explained during checkin that it's a "full service" hotel and you don't need to tip the housekeeping staff or anything.
