When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a hotel representative in a

who welcome us and by the second day he knew our rooms and all the individuals in our party.

Wonderful facility, more
suite
d to business travel than family but we were in Austin for a family vacation, The location affords easy access to all of Austin and the pool was fun enough for my 9 yr old (The UT motif was pretty cool to my little Longhorn-in-training).
