1. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a hotel representative in a suit who welcome us and by the second day he knew our rooms and all the individuals in our party.

3. Wonderful facility, more suited to business travel than family but we were in Austin for a family vacation, The location affords easy access to all of Austin and the pool was fun enough for my 9 yr old (The UT motif was pretty cool to my little Longhorn-in-training).
