1. I asked about this at check in but was told that I already had a good rate so it wasn't possible.

4. We had booked through the reservation center and secured a AAA rate, this was a significant savings over the non AAA rate, when we checked in and offered to provide our AAA card, this was not required.

7. I thought that the level of services in this hotel is very good, but would rate cleaning services as average (actually, it is not a full serviced hotel, so they will only change bed linen and towels daily, and a full clean-up will occur only once a week).
