Travelling as a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), the staff made things easier for us--the concierge arranged the theme park tickets and local transportation and Lisa at the front desk--super helpful, treats guests as friends--checked us in for our departing flight and printed out our boarding passes while we were in Tampa.
