After 10 pm however, the poor guy at the front desk was all over the place doubling/tripling as check in clerk, order-taker for food, bar mixer, etc. Everyone felt SO bad for him being pulled in different directions, but he was so kind (he gave me free herbal tea for my cold, after having to wait on him waiting on everyone else)I would definitely return to this Hyatt Place if I have to return to Nashville.
