1. 5) The have a small bar area- I dint drink in trips but I've seen alot of happy people down there enjoying that area.

They were caring and considerate and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere as evidenced by the crowd of people that spent time in the small bar area in the evenings- something I never witnessed in all my travels- mostly small hotels' common areas are pretty cold and usually devoid of hotel guests.
