There is no way that the HYATT PLACE OPRYLAND should be rated a 4 star accommodation the bathroom is in need of renovations , specially the bath tub which had rust spots on the ceiling and the house keeping ( or should i say the cleaning ) could be much improved , for the price $149.00, i have stayed in much better rooms that actually cost less , i am sure the only reason we did paid this was because of the proximity to The Opryland Hotel ,Opry Mills and the Grand Old Opry since we had tickets for The Rockets ,,, i did place a value on these factors since access to those locations was our top priority and we did manage to get in fairly quickly to our venues but other wise if you are indeed looking for a ****4 star place this is not it.
