can best be described in his own words, 'I don't know how to do that', 'I'm not responsible for that', 'I'm trying to help, but maybe it's your fault'.

I went downstairs demanding to speak to the
manager
but was told that he doesn't 'come until 12 noon'!brilliant .

- he said he was sorry - ad he said that he was going to deduct 70 diollars for every night my room had not been done.
