Hotel Desk very helpful in explaining which stops/metro/bus to attend theatres, concerts, different Chicago neighborhoods/sights, HotTiXX (for discount event tickets) near Chicago Cultural Center where we bought our 3 day transit/bus tickets and saved $ and time, Close to the large Chicago Library.
