1. The doorman was very friendly and helpful, and we really liked the location; my husband is from the city, so we know what we like, and the Wyndham Blake we like.

4. I live in the suburbs, but stayed here on a day when I had a 5K in the morining and a concert at night, so it was perfect in location, price, and ammenities for what I needed.

6. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge though to keep drinks in etc. I would stay at this hotel again, it's in a good location and only 2 min walk from the train station.

8. The hotel has a tiny bar and a restaurant, but I ignored these, and took advantage of the excellent location to explore a side of Chicago I hadn't paid much attention to before.
