1. My only gripe was the water bottle in the room, one would think it complimentary, except it ended up costing me 5$.

4. After arriving several hours before my scheduled check-in time, the staff offered to store my luggage while I ate lunch and checked me into my room early at no additional cost.

I don't know how much it costs to repair the things I have pointed out but I will say that had I paid the usual customary room rate (which we have done in the past and was very satisfied) and not gotten such a good deal with Southwest I would have been [--] as it was I was 'okay' with it since the quality service was still the same and room was clean overall.
