1. They offer free WiFi even in the room and 1-800 numbers are to allowed without charge (good for oversea tourists with a calling card).

5. The decor was a little '80's and could use updating but I loved having a full kitchen & full size fridge, laundry facility on 3rd floor and FREE PARKING!(Most places charge $18+ per night)The staff were very friendly.

9. (as I have read on some serviced apartments' websites, maid services are only provided after check out, also they charge you a cleaning fee) If you are heading to the beach, the hotel front desk has complimentary beach mat and towels.

10. )-Beds (think motel 6 - seriously, hard beds with paper thin sheets/bedspread-Peeling pink wallpaper-They charge to use the sometimes functional safe in your room (whats with that?) You normally use a room safe to safe guard your stuff from external and INTERNAL theft.
