5. The service really made the experience--a nice greeting at check-in, excellent continental breakfast, a nice happy hour with great cocktails, and a very convenient courtesy room that allowed you to shower and relax after checkout but before a late evening flight.

6. Fresh pineapple juice at check-in, modern decor, clean rooms, free Internet access, good complementary breakfast (muffins, cereal, (soy)milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, toast, etc.), complementary beach gear beyond just towels (boogie board & beach chairs), perfect location.
