1. There is free wifi on the main level, but we did not want to have to lug our laptop up and down the elevator for internet access, so were happy to pay the fee for in room access.

3. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to get late checkout for a reasonable fee which was nice since our flight didn't leave until 9pm.
