1. The bell service was very accommodating with out bags on check out; the pool staff was friendly and eager to offer lounge pads and towels.

8. What I liked:- the beach towels they let you check out - WAY better than the towels the Hyatt Regency down the street (which costs almost twice as much - we stayed there last year) checks out to their guests.
