5. I also had a late red-eye flight for my departure and not only did the hotel give me a late checkout without an additional fee, they also checked my luggage and let me hang out for a few hours as if I still was a guest until the airport shuttle came.

8. The location is less than lovely (recommendation: don't stay downtown unless you hae to), and I had some hassles with the parking fee (it was supposed to be included and after I was told I wouldn't be charged, they attempted to charge me a reduced price), and the magnetized room key cards tend to de-magnetize themselves.
