1. Anytime we needed anything for our room, such as fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. I would call the front desk and it was delivered to the room within minutes.

7. )--no iron--no Kleenex --two tiny bars of soap made in China--no coffee for the coffee pot in room--no in-room bottled water--stained bath towel--broken alarm clock--older building--noise from street even on the 4th floorMy requests for water and coffee were responded to by the front desk--but I had to go down to the front desk myself--a hassle for a tired business travler.
