1. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly but they could use more amenities like a suana, hot tub and a pool.

2. My past experiences with limited services hotel and boutique hotels has been pleasant--usually the hotel compensates for lack of pool, spa, restaurant services by going overboard in small customized amenities.
