9. Now I should say my hotel buddy is a manager at a housekeeping company and she knows what it takes and she was definitely not impressed and even though I'm not I still was not pleased.

10. After waiting a few minutes for the manager to approve we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which worked out great.
