7. In addition, even though the hotel had been informed numerous times that the parking deck gate was not working when trying to use the provided key card when exiting this morning it took over 15 minutes because the hotel chose to ignore this issue.

9. Highlights were the wonderful food in the Livingstone restaurant in the lobby, the great architecture of an early 1900's hotel, proximity to fun Atlanta sights, friendly, helpful staff, and we went up to the penthouse deck at sunset - gorgeous view of Atlanta.
