1. The valet men, desk reservation assistant and the bell hop were all extremely friendly, professional,helpful and concerned about you and your comfort.

2. We went to a nightclub on Sunday night (Grown Folks for anyone looking for a decent spot) and the valet guys were GREAT in helping us to get a taxi/car to take us there and back.

10. My colleague actually got a survey from the hotel about his stay and had been the one who rented the car so had given feedback on the valets directly to the hotel, but no response.
