In addition, their fire alarm went off multiple times at 5 a.m. That didn't bother me too much - I appreciate that they have a fire alarm system, a first-response team, and a hotel-wide intercom system - but an apology or recognition of the inconvenience of the alarm malfunction at checkout would have been nice.
