4. When we stay at Ritz-Carltons, we choose to stay on the Club Level, as the continuous food presentations and beverage options throughout the day certainly complete the whole experience and add to the value.

5. The value is just not there, yes the service is still excellent but this small hotel just provides, at best, average amenities like its restaurant, gym and pool.
