1. The rooms are smaller than expected, the safe is very small and still uses a KEY to access it (one key only, and not enough room for a laptop!), there is a mini bar, fridge by request, small closet, small bathroom, bathrobes, iron/board, etc. The room is in good shape, but with an old style decor and nothing is modern in it.

2. While the decor is the older Ritz look (although I overheard other guests discussing that it had been renovated recently, just not all floors), it was very clean and well-maintained.
