1. Location of the hotel can't be beat, within a couple of minutes of the airport and a bunch of freeway on-ramps, but in a quiet business area.

2. The property is well maintained, close to both the I-10 and 202 freeways and the light rail system, has comfortable, quiet, clean rooms, and being a suite provides plenty of room.
