1. The front desk completed our check-in with fresh baked cookies (which were delicious) and we were off to our room.

7. Friendly check-in (early without any sqawking) and quick help when I couldn't find the printer that the free computer in the business center used to print out my boarding passes (it was right under my nose - there are two printers and I only checked one).

8. As with all Doubletrees, warm cookies on check-in and as a Hilton Diamond member I got a nice goodie bag with two bottles of water, chips, granola bar and peanuts.
