2. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we checked in the poor check in girl had phones ringing and a long queue to deal with but she kept calm and friendly throughout.

3. A good example of service/staff would be I mentioned to the front desk I was going to return my rental car to the airport early so I wouldn't need to deal with it in the morning.
