1. Thank you Windham for the back-ache and foot injury due to a bathroom sink that was extremely low, a very saggy uncomfortable bed, and a tub wall that was incredibly high, but that was actually a good thing to help hold in the water from the tub that didn't drain.

3. The water from my sink and tub ran with a brown hue for 20 minutes until the water cleared up (no wonder they leave water bottles in the bathroom).

4. They do not use fitted sheets which can be a problem for restless sleepers and the tubs seemed very high to step into for some of our older people.
