1. The beds not only have wonderful downy duvets as comforters, but they also have feather beds between the mattress and sheets AND fabulous pillows, both hard and soft.

5. I called the front desk to complain about the hairs that I found underneath the sheets (you would think a 3 star would change the mattress pad after each guest if not more often or atleast clean it with a lint brush).
