1. The small coffee shop was nice in the front lobby, as that is where we ordered breakfast most days.

2. This is a high quality hotel and I felt the least they could do is provide complimentary coffee in the lobby which even the cheapest motels do that.

10. Walked into lobby unshaven without luggage (prefer not to lug bags around in case I have to change rooms - with good reason), and did not get a very good reception at the front desk - not very friendly.
