1. She made me feel at home after a very tough trip in and that was only compounded by the fact that the room was clean and spacious, the free breakfast was excellent, and the value could not have been any better.

4. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for where to eat, buy groceries, etc. The breakfast was light- packaged muffins, whole fruit, coffee and juice- but good quality.

5. When we left for the airport at 4:30 am two days later, there was even some coffee and breakfast items in the complimentary-breakfast room--and breakfast wasn't officially even scheduled to start yet.
