1. The carpets were badly stained, the bathtub had a terrible ring around it and I had to wear my flip flops to shower.

2. The room door was hard to open or close and had a sharp edge that could slice a hand, the A/C stayed too cold, shower curtain had four broken rings, and the tiny elevator on the East end of the building was somewhat odd.
