1. Ironically the eggs were some of the best I've had at a continental breakfast, but tang instead of orange juice and no cream cheese but your offering bagels, come on now.

5. Front staff unfriendly, rates change from when you make reservation, rooms smell like smoke(in a smoke free room), found a piece of glass in bed, toilet not flushed, no towels at swimming pool even when we asked several times, breakfast was to start at 7:00am but didn't open until almost 7:30.

6. The hot breakfast included with the price of the room consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagels that they ran out of, toast, cold cereal, milk, coffee, water and Tang (or some other orange flavored drink mix).
