1. The hotel attended to every last detail, from welcome amenities in the room that included football cookies, a 'Welcome to Indiana' candy bar, and a pamphlet with maps, shopping, restaurants, and all the Super Bowl parties.

2. It's very small potatoes to complain about anything at this hotel, because the amenities are so outstanding.

3. We stayed in a standard guest room and used the complimentary breakfast; we did not use the pool area or other amenities due to the briefness of our stay.

4. Then asked for the manager & he said the hot tub is not listed as an amenity so if it's not working it's not their fault.

5. The value was acceptable given how much I paid for the room, but if I had paid any more than what I did I would have been greatly disappointed based on the outdated and only fairly clean room as well as the plumbing issues and general quality of offered amenities.
