3. The service is fantastic from the frontdesk to the restaurant/lounge, etc. The rooms are all remodeled with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs.

4. The staff checked me in and brought my bags to my room, I went to the restaurant and the chef prepared me a huge cob salad and gave me the best lowfat asian dressing!when i got to my room everything was brand new- the room looked great and the bed was so cumpfy.

6. My only complaints are the drop down ceiling in bathroom (made cheap an otherwise beautiful room #217) and the heat vent in the wall (it rattled EVERY time the heat came on).

8. I then asked her if she could provide a complimentary room to us for our trouble and figure out how we were going to drive home 3 hours north without a window in 20* weather - of course she could not help us again and wanted us to pay a discounted rate - OMG.
