1. I then asked her if she could provide a complimentary room to us for our trouble and figure out how we were going to drive home 3 hours north without a window in 20* weather - of course she could not help us again and wanted us to pay a discounted rate - OMG.

3. There was a small but very nice exercise room with treadmills, elipticals, bikes, weights, and a small refigerator with complimentary bottled water.
