2. Only complaint was with room service breakfast, which was served about 10 minutes past the time indicated, which caused a bit of a problem since we had to drive to Bloomington in the morning, and the room service delivery person hung around my parents room expecting a tip (which they gave her), even though a 20% gratuity was included in the bill.

3. When I finally got a menu, and perused it, I complained to the bartender about the horrible non-healthy food choices, and he then informed me that the cafe menu, bar menu, AND room service menu were all identical, and that was all that was available to eat at the hotel.

4. The morning staff was required to do room service and the shuttle to the airport until 7 and therefore we left late for the airport.
