1. Upon awaking our first morning we discovered the housekeeping staff hadn't put any caffeinated coffee in the room (and only one pack of decaf).

7. On a couple of occasions, I was not given any new toiletries, fortunately I still had some to use, and besides, I was tired of calling housekeeping/guest services.
