1. Towels in numerous shapes and sizes were thick, fluffy and plentiful.
"Superb in every way - like staying in a private mansion " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/11/2012 Vote
2. I tried taking a bath towel and folding it into a small pillow but that didn't work because the towels were also huge.
"Almost perfect but... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/19/2011 Vote
3. The sheets and towels were luxurious.
"Both gorgeous and charming, and a wonderful staff. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/29/2010 Vote
4. Among my minor complaints that prevent an 'excellent' review: the rooms are small (though not unusual for cities such as DC); because of the small rooms your bed is not far from the door, so you hear just about everything in the hall, including housekeeping talking loudly on their radios (I always consider a sign of an exceptional hotel to be one in which you never see or are never disturbed by housekeeping); the aforementioned housekeeping is a bit inconsistent in number of towels, bottles of complimentary water, etc. While I know we could ring for the 'butler' at any time for any need, given that we were actually calling downstairs to someone who would have to run up an extra towel or water, we were usually reluctant.
"A Bit of Luxury " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/4/2010 Vote
5. They promote their water filtration and processing--which was great ,however , towels do not need to be replaced twice a day--by the by--towels were rich and full.
"Nice place " Read full review on Expedia   6/10/2010 Vote
