1. The hotel is located in a great spot, right across the street from the National Geographic and not far from other tourist sites, but for us, having lived in DC for years, we loved being close to Dupont Circle, U Street and Adams Morgan.

5. The staff was very professional and discreet and when a cab was needed and the bellman was away, the 'very well dressed' female front desk receptionist proceeded to walk out of the lobby, into the street and hail a cab before we could blink an eye.
