1. Staff are all super lovely and charming, they gave us a 4pm check out, helped us print tour vouchers and were friendly and helpful.

2. I did so, waited the 15 minutes before I went to the lobby to check out which took 5 or 6 minutes, and I STILL had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes before they retrieved my car - all this for a valet fee of $35.

5. Ate at a great Chinese restaurant across the street, a Cosi for breeakfast 1 morn which was a half block away and the bill was slipped under my door for early check out.
