1. The bathroom was separate from the sink (which I personally do not care for) and while the bed was comfortable, the pillows as per usual in a Marriott were overly soft and squishy, even the so called firm ones.
"On the low end for a Marriott. Lots of room for improvement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/25/2012 Vote
2. Pros: the bed was very comfortable, with many pillow choices.
"Room feels a bit weary... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/4/2011 Vote
3. Bedroom good size, bed quite comfortable, tons of pillows.
"Great location, but bring ear plugs " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/20/2011 Vote
4. The rooms were nicely updated with very comfortable beds (lots of pillows, down comforter/duvet).
"Nice Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/21/2009 Vote
5. I happen to enjoy plush bedding (pillowtop mattresses and big, soft pillows), but my parents didn't sleep as well, as they are used to more austere bedding.
"Much better inside than out! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/17/2009 Vote
6. -the hotel was clean, and located close to all the attractions all within walking distance-nice location with a starbucks and walgreens right below-joseph the concierge recommended 3 great resturants all three nights-travelled with 3 kids aged 7,11,12 and 2 adults room was big enough however bathroom a little small-john the front desk guy was very polite at check out he asked if I needed directions back home which I did so he printed it out from mapquest for me something I did not expect-beds were comfortable with nice duvets and pillows.
"would recommend this hotel to anyone going to washington dc " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/5/2009 Vote

8. Booked well in advance for 2 double beds but had to argue to get them at the deskSmell of mold very strong in room - allergy sufferers might have a problemHair in bathtub upon arrivalDid not clean room the second day; a do not disturb tag was on door when we came back that evening; we had NOT put it on there - so no serviceWorst pillows in hotel I have ever stayed in - old, hard and smelly; I had to buy a pillowHotel is not up to the usual Marriot standard I have experienced in my opinion; I have always been a fan of MarriottsTried to raise our price from $111.00 per nt to $299.
"DISAPPOINTED IN MARRIOTT STANDARDS " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/16/2009 Vote
9. All the previous reviews are entirely correct:- wonderful staff, polite and knowledgeable; every time we needed information or advice, they were prepared- a bit out of the way, but easily accessible by subway (two stops, Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle); four blocks to Georgetown (which has nice restaurants)- a lot of embassies and five-star hotels in the area (thus restaurants are quite overpriced and definitely not special in any way); there is a supermarket at M Street and 25th- comfortable rooms - beds have duvets, cotton linen and tons of pillows - our room was by the elevator, but we hardly heard any noise; it faced the inner court, but we got a special rate, thus no complaints!- the room was cleaned to perfection on a daily basis- a good gym and poolIt does not have free wireless though and they charge about $12 per day for internet access, as in all the Marriott hotels.
"Excellent value... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2009 Vote
10. We requested plenty of extras: early check-in, quiet room, extra pillows, refrigerator, and a roll-out bed.
"Really enjoyed our stay! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2009 Vote
