1. The whole area is very lively with restaurants and bars, which is nice when you travel for work and have most of your dinner alone.

8. Our room had two queen size beds, a door you could open a bit to look out, a bar area with an espresso machine, and a gorgeous bathroom.

9. Had an early check-in to a room that was unfortunately occupied but was immediately given a wonderful new room with french doors that opened unto a small balcony-splendid!great sitting rooms downstairs and an expresso bar.

10. We found a real gem in the Normandy hotel, which wsa easy to find and very near Dupont Circle for bars and restaurants, but quite because of it being located just off the main Connecticut Ave.
