8. My only concern about this hotel is that given the size of the rooms, the location just slightly distanced from the Dupont Circle hub, and minimal amenities, I wonder if the hotel's regular rates aren't a bit steep.

9. I assume the amenities are standard in all rooms - my room had a large flatscreen TV, and an audio/video panel that allows you to hook up a computer, portable DVD player or iPod and watch/listen to your own media.
