1. Loved the L'Occitane soaps and awesome Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby during the day.

There are too many things to mention here, but I particularly appreciated the care they took in making sure I had a good sleep experience (hypoallergenic pillows, cotton blankets upon request), the complimentary Nespresso espresso machines in the lobby and fitness center lounge, the calm and quiet atmosphere in the pool and jacuzzi, the lack of gratuitous loud music in the elevators, lounges and pool area, etc. The staff always gives one a warm sincere smile and that really makes a big difference.

9. The staff is excellent, the restaurant/bar in the lobby can be a bit of a 'scene' on the weekends, but you can opt in or out of all that easily if you are staying here.
