3. We arrived to find a brownie dessert for each child decorated to look like an Ipod with our kids' names on it, kid's travel books on the beds, bubble bath, an elephant head tub spout protector, and 2 child-sized robes.

4. They provided bath toys and bubbles, laid out the cutest and most comfortable bed linens and answered all of the requests a 3.5 year old could think of.

6. I asked 3 times for Bubble Bath and still only received bath salts (after 40 minutes) because the head of housekeeping said they don`t carry bubble bath.
