5. Any requests we made from time to time - change the sheets, e.g. - were done and they checked to be sure they were done.

6. The manager get defensive and proceeds to say that they changed the sheets and three people inspected the bed so she doesn't know how it got there.

10. The trouble began when my wife checked the bed for bed bugs (we do this at every hotel) only to find several strands of hair on the sheets.
